BSUM-AI matches 95% of law-firm red flags in a three-deal biotech benchmark

BSUM benchmarked its AI due-diligence model, BSUM-AI, on three real biotech transactions with 92 to 311 data-room files each. The files were processed locally at 50 to 60 documents an hour, and each full analysis took under five hours.

BSUM-AI matched 95% of the legal red flags identified by top-tier law firms. It also flagged further risks in IP chain of title, regulatory pathways, financial runway, data protection and SOP compliance that the legal reviews had not covered.
